The part nobody likes saying

Automated third-party traders may enter before ordinary users. We cannot prevent this and we will not pretend otherwise. Nobody receives private early access.

Refused claims

Why our list is shorter than everyone else's

These phrases appear on nearly every meme coin site. Each is either false for this launch or impossible to measure. Here's the reason each one is missing.

Claim we won’t makeWhy
0% feesThe token has no tax, but Pump.fun charges protocol and creator fees on trades. “0% tax” is true. “0% fees” would not be.
No botsWe do not control who trades. Anyone claiming otherwise is guessing.
No sniper advantageSame reason. Automated traders are faster than people. That is simply true.
100% community ownedUnmeasurable, and every rug says it.
Guaranteed returns · 100x · price targetsNobody can promise this. Anyone who does is selling you something.
AuditedThere is no audit. A standard Pump.fun token has no custom contract to audit.
Exchange listing confirmedWe have no listing agreement with any exchange and cannot arrange one.
Backed by · partnered withThere are no backers and no partners. Just two ducks.
Utility coming soonThere is no product roadmap. It is a meme coin and we say so.
Staking · rewards · passive incomeNone of these exist. Anything offering them under our name is a scam.
Deflationary · auto-burnThere is no burn mechanism beyond Pump.fun's own LP burn at graduation.
Presale allocationThere is no presale, so there is nothing to allocate.
Risk-free · can’t loseYou can lose everything. See the risk statement.

Wallets

Our wallets, labelled

The deployer and creator-fee wallets are published here the moment the token exists — at the same time as the contract, not later.

Publishing them before launch would just give impersonators something to copy.

Creator fees

Where the money goes

Tax is not the same as fees

A taxis written into the token and skims a cut of every buy and sell to somebody’s wallet. This token has none — that’s what 0% buy / sell tax means, and you can verify it on-chain.

A feeis charged by the platform on the trade itself. Pump.fun does charge protocol and creator fees on the bonding curve. So you’ll never see “0% fees” here — that would be a lie, and an easily checked one.

Creator fees flow to the labelled creator-fee wallet above, where anyone can watch them.

What they’re used for

Creator fees may be used for content production, moderation, security, hosting, administration, creator commissions and community operations. Receipt or use of creator fees does not create a promise of buybacks, price support or financial return.

Creator partnerships

Creators we work with are paid in cash and disclose the partnership. Nobody is paid in tokens, nobody gets an allocation, and nobody is told what price to talk about. If you see a paid post from us without a disclosure, that’s our mistake — tell us and we’ll fix it publicly.

The disclosure register goes here once the first partnership is signed.

Community rules

How the Final Quackdown is judged

A fictional competition still needs rules people can read before they enter.

Entering

  • No purchase necessary. Ever, for anything.
  • No holder requirement. Owning the token gives you no advantage in any contest.
  • No wallet, no account, no email.
  • Post publicly on X or Telegram with your team. That's the entry.
  • Only submit work you made and own.
  • By entering, you let us repost your entry with credit to you.

Judging

  • Rounds are judged by humans. We are the humans.
  • Every award is recorded with a reason and a link to the entry.
  • A mistake is corrected by adding a correction, never by quietly editing history.
  • There are no token-holder raffles and there never will be.
  • The Golden Crumb is a fictional trophy. It has no monetary value and is not redeemable for anything.
  • The losing duck performs a community-selected punishment. That is the whole prize pool.

Content that gets removed

Anything hateful, anything targeting a real private individual, anything sexual, anything posing as financial advice, anything using real teams, players, flags, kits, trophies, match footage or broadcast material, anything using another project’s characters, and anything containing a contract address. Contract addresses belong on Verify and nowhere else, because a memed address is a forged address waiting to happen.

Independence

Who we are not

Bopli and Dopli are original characters. The Final Quackdown is a fictional competition we invented. This project is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or connected to any sporting organisation, competition, league, team, athlete or broadcaster.

We don’t use anyone’s trophy, badge, kit, flag, footage, commentary or players. Two ducks argue about a breadcrumb. Any resemblance to a real event is your brain doing that on its own.

Risk statement

This is a highly volatile meme token with no promised utility, value or financial return. It may lose most or all of its value. Nothing on this website is financial advice. This project is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any sporting organisation, competition, team, athlete or broadcaster.
